The room was clean. I found allocated parking very useful. The provided tea and coffee were a welcome touch after my journey.

clean room lovely toiletries convenient plugs available iron
i found the room clean and cool despite the heat. the provided toiletries and hand soap were lovely. i also appreciated the light switches and plugs located conveniently by the bed. it was reassuring to have an iron and ironing board available in the room, even though i did not need them .

The provision of tea, coffee, and biscuits was a welcome touch. bex cafe was not even open. there was no food available on-site. I was aware of this beforehand. nearby restaurants offer various dining choices.

the access was secure. the parking arrangement was a plus, offering convenience. i found everything i needed in the room, including tea and coffee facilities. the bed was comfortable, and the linen felt crisp and clean.
The room lacked a small refrigerator, which would have been useful for keeping drinks cool. It's a minor inconvenience though.

free parking was a real bonus near this hotel. access to the a27 made travelling to lancing and goring straightforward. this location suited my needs for attending business in the area.

Clean and convenient stay

The room felt spacious and private (i liked that). Check-in used door codes, so it was super easy. I found parking nearby without problems. The apartment felt clean, a detail i always appreciate.
I noticed the entrance looked a bit uninviting. There were some storage containers in the car park, which affected the first impression.
